As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in Fitness and Nutrition products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of health and wellness products to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on fitness and nutrition goals.
  • Stay informed about the features, benefits, and uses of various fitness and nutrition products.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of nutritional supplements, fitness equipment, and related merchandise.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of different fitness and nutrition products.
  • Provide guidance on product usage, proper nutrition, and fitness routines.
