Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our footwear sales team at our shoe factory outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent in-store customer experience, promoting footwear products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for fashion and comfort in footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate shoe styles, sizes, and features
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of footwear materials, benefits, and product care
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

Store Maintenance & Product Display:

• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and kept in order
• Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to the store manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom

Inventory & Reporting:

• Assist in inventory counts, tagging, and organizing new stock arrivals
• Track daily sales and provide reports to management as required
• Report customer feedback, product trends, and any issues to the appropriate teams

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear, apparel, or fashion retail
• Experience working in a shoe factory outlet or branded footwear store is a strong advantage

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Good knowledge of sizing, foot comfort, and shoe care
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Team player with strong organizational and time management abilities
