Skillset: Experience in sales or service

Responsibilities:

1. Number of devices unboxed, activated, and initial setup.
2. Revenue generation by upselling screen protectors, gift cards, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and accessories.
3. Installing Microsoft Office and antivirus on laptops and mobiles.
4. Buyback of old devices from customers.
5. Selling myTechbench (service package) to customers.
6. Providing level 1 repair services for mobile and IT devices.
7. Managing stocks allocated to the location.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years working in stores either for sales or service.
2. Educational Qualification: 12th grade or higher.
3. Professional Certifications: Any technical qualifications are an added advantage.
