Job Description
Job Summary:
Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for activating and setting up of Mobile Phones, Laptops and other devices in the stores. While performing this activity, the RSE needs to generate interest and upsell accessories and other services to customers and generate revenue.
Job Description:
  • Number of devices unboxed, activated and initial setup.
  • Revenue generation by upselling screen protectors, Gift cards, Microsoft office, Antivirus and accessories.
  • Installing of Microsoft office, antivirus on laptops and mobiles
  • Buyback of old devices from customers
  • Selling myTechbench (service package) to customers
  • Providing level 1 repair services for mobile and IT devices
  • Managing stocks allocated to the location.
Requirements
Qualitative Requirements
Experience(Yrs& Field) 1-2 years working in stores either for sales or service
Educational Qualification 12th grade or higher.
Professional Certifications Any technical qualifications are an added advantage.
