Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE dairy FMCG sector. The role involves managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, ensuring optimal product visibility, and driving sales growth across assigned territories within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of dairy products (milk, yogurt, ice cream, cheese, etc.) to retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers’ clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Visit key clients regularly to ensure service satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Identify and onboard new customers and channels, including supermarkets, convenience stores.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and in-store product placement as per brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
  • Track and follow up on payments and credit limits with customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, submit daily/weekly reports, and update the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in dairy or chilled products.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE retail market and distribution network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales targets effectively.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred or required depending on company policy).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with UAE hypermarkets (Carrefour, Lulu, etc.) and local groceries (baqalas).
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and product shelf-life.
  • Ability to manage product returns and expiry stock effectively.
