Job summary

R&B Fashion in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Associate to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, assist in selecting products, and promote loyalty programs while following brand standards.

You will also maintain store merchandise, participate in visual merchandising, manage inventory, and operate the POS system with accuracy and compliance to loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
• Promote the loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Remain informed about brands within the group to offer effective suggestions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, materials and care instructions.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance and be flexible to extended hours during peak periods.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
• Display products attractively according to store layout and VM guidelines.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory for incoming/outgoing stock and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales opportunities and communicate promotions.
• Efficiently operate POS for billing and transactions; balance till at start/end of shifts; process payments; issue receipts and change; ensure loss prevention policies.
