The role focuses on delivering expert product knowledge, building client relationships, and maintaining showroom standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within sanitary ware or related product categories.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales and contribute to showroom targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding client needs and providing tailored product solutions.
• Monitor and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, sharing updates with the Division Leader.
• Maintain the showroom’s visual and operational standards in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing and barcode labeling across all displayed products.
• Coordinate merchandising strategies, aligning with supplier expectations.
• Share ideas for marketing promotions and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through product knowledge and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with accounts on receivables and keep customer records updated.
• Prepare stock proposals based on sales performance and forecasted demand.
• Identify low-performing products and suggest actions to improve turnover.
• Comply with ERP and CRM systems.
• Contribute to a collaborative, energetic team environment.
