Job summary

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will connect customers with solutions, maintain displays, and coordinate with accounts on receivables while building lasting client relationships.

You will meet daily and monthly targets, stay aware of market trends, and contribute ideas for promotions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within retail showroom settings.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales and design.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales and meet showroom targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and tailor product solutions.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and share updates with leadership.
• Maintain showroom visuals and product displays per guidelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing and barcode labeling across products.
• Coordinate merchandising strategies with suppliers and teams.
• Contribute ideas for marketing promotions and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with product knowledge.
• Collaborate with accounts on receivables and update customer records.
• Prepare stock proposals based on performance and forecasted demand.
• Identify low-performing products and suggest turnover actions.
• Comply with ERP/CRM systems and internal processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment to exceed expectations.
