Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Proficient verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling environment.
• Greet customers with an energetic attitude to create a positive first impression.
• Provide immediate, sincere greetings to customers entering the store.
• Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and maintain cash wrap cleanliness while attempting add-on sales.
• Provide current and relevant information about products to customers.
• Efficiently manage cash wrap operations and capture customer information in the database.
• Thank customers as they exit and invite them back.
