Job summary

Alshaya Group seeks an experienced real estate professional to oversee the Real Estate component of the Retail Property function, including new store openings, site selection, and budget management.

You will liaise with the Head of Property and Senior Real Estate Manager to drive strategy, negotiate leases, and manage the regional property portfolio with a focus on mall and high-traffic locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in property management and retail negotiations.
• Experience negotiating leases end-to-end in mall and street locations.
• Knowledge of market rates and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain key contracts; review store layouts and opening schedules.
• Negotiate leases from start to finish and secure prominent space.
• Produce reports for line management and stakeholders.
• Recommend renewals, relocations or closures of property within region.
• Develop and lead a team to meet future business requirements.
