We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our retail operations. This role involves optimizing store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enhance daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Support store managers and retail teams in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Analyze sales data, customer trends, and store performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and local regulations.
Train and support retail staff on operational best practices and system usage.
Implement and oversee in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and customer service initiatives.
Assist in store openings, closings, and renovations to maintain brand consistency and efficiency.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to enhance store productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail sales strategies.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
