Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and drive the performance of our perfume retail outlets across the UAE and GCC. This role is critical in ensuring seamless store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Store Operations & KPI Management
Oversee daily operations of all perfume retail outlets and kiosks.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene protocols.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Set, track, and analyze sales targets, budgets, and KPIs including footfall, conversion rates, and average ticket size.
Conduct performance reviews and execute action plans to meet business goals.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue and performance.
Team Management & Training
Lead, coach, and motivate store in-charges and sales teams.
Design and implement training programs focused on service excellence, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer service experience across all locations.
Apply CRM practices to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Handle escalated customer concerns and feedback with professionalism.
Inventory & Visual Merchandising
Monitor stock levels, replenishment needs, and shrinkage control.
Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams to ensure timely stock availability.
Oversee regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Ensure high visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand image.
Work with the VM team on seasonal themes, launches, and brand activations.
Support retail marketing initiatives, in-store campaigns, and new product introductions.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of experience in retail operations, ideally within the perfume, beauty, or luxury retail sectors.
Proven success in managing multi-store retail operations and teams.
