This role involves :

  • Strategically overseeing the merchandise division with a primary focus on driving revenue.
  • Creating and executing revenue-driving strategies through creative marketing, product bundling, promotional pricing, and digital and in-market activations.
  • Working closely with key internal teams (Ticketing, Marketing, and Sports Account Manager) and external partners (Dubai Basketball, Coca-Cola, and various clients).
  • Utilizing a commercially-focused and data-driven mindset to inform all marketing and merchandising decisions.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

You should have :

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Business Management or Marketing

Experience :

  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in similar role
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in events
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is preferable
