Sales Analysis: Identify top-selling products and optimize the product mix to drive revenue.
Gap Analysis & Replenishment Planning: Forecast product demand and stock needs based on performance, incoming orders, gross margin, and seasonal trends.
Inventory Management & Stock Control: Ensure product availability and manage the reordering process for key items.
KPI Tracking & Reporting: Conduct performance evaluations and provide insights to support decision-making for management and purchasing teams.
Optimization of Product Flow: Ensure that products are delivered to the right place at the right time to maximize sales potential.
Sparring Retail Partner: Collaborate with Local Management & Retail Team.
Qualifications:
Retail Background (Planning or Merchandise Controlling)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in merchandise planning, retail operations, or inventory control.
Proven expertise in sales forecasting, stock optimization, and budget management.
Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
