- 5+ years’ Retail experience with exposure to Consumer Marketing, Marketing planning and strategy, Communications – ATL / BTL, Direct marketing.
- Retail operations, promotions, pricing.
- Loyalty, CRM programs.
- Sales, research, finance and project management.
Skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of the Marketing function and the ability to convert marketing plans into executable retail marketing plans.
- Passion and high levels of initiative together with a keen sense of desire to see results of initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
- Ability to plan and assign tasks, resources to achieve deliverables.
