Job description

We are recruiting a Regional Retail Manager (UAE) for an iconic luxury brand.

The brand is seeking a motivated, switched on & experienced retail manager to join and drive sales growth and customer service excellence. You will be passionate delivering on targets and be driven to improve customer service.

Job Description:

  • Lead and mentor in regard to excellence in sales and service.
  • Ensure stores are adhering to company standards and reaching and exceeding targets.
  • Manage the retail operations for your stores and supporting the managers
  • Monitor your region to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Improve store sales through store managers in accordance with all store and company goals and policies; assist with new store opening and remodelling operations.
  • Manage customer service-related problems and inquiries.
  • Analyse data and metrics to provide recommendations on needs of business to increase growth.
  • Provide leadership and training to store managers and assistant Managers, continually reviewing KPI’s, incentives, and staffing needs; actively engage and participate in on-location visits to stores.
  • Maintain thorough understanding and enforce all policies and procedures.
  • Ensure team adherence to all company operating, HR, and security procedures.
  • Comply with all Loss Prevention monthly cycle counts and incident reporting to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below company target.
  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.

Job Requirements:

  • High level of consultative selling skill and experience
  • Driven to achieve and exceed all KPIs.
  • Proven success in people management
  • A high achiever, excellent communication skills, consistently demonstrate results.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously and report to Regional GM and VP Retail in Europe HQ
  • Regional luxury experience is required.
