About the Brand

An iconic luxury interiors brand is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its flagship showroom in Dubai. This is a confidential opportunity for a refined retail professional with strong leadership, a passion for design, and a track record of delivering impeccable customer experiences in the luxury space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all showroom operations, ensuring a flawless customer journey from walk-in to close, and across all online inquiries.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants, driving consistent monthly revenue of AED 2-3 million.
  3. Ensure the showroom is always presented as a curated luxury experience featuring furniture, kitchens & wardrobes, art pieces, and accessories aligned with the brand identity.
  4. Deliver superb, memorable service to every client, ensuring each visit is personal, professional, and reflective of the brand's ultra-luxury standards.
  5. Train and coach the team regularly through structured programs to elevate product knowledge and sales performance.
  6. Use CRM tools effectively to track leads, follow-ups, client preferences, and sales pipelines, ensuring a paperless and seamless process.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team by creating content, suggesting showroom promotions, and increasing digital visibility.
  8. Proactively invite and host interior designers, architects, and real estate professionals for curated showroom sessions and brand education strengthening industry relationships and expanding reach.

Required Experience & Qualification:

  1. 7+ years of experience in luxury furniture and interiors retail, including kitchen & wardrobe systems.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage high-end showrooms and lead elite sales teams.
  3. Background in interior design or a strong aesthetic sensibility is a strong advantage.
  4. A robust personal network of B2B and B2C clients.
  5. Comfortable with CRM platforms and digital tools to manage client relations and optimize sales workflows.
  6. Digitally literate, with a strong understanding of content, branding, and online customer engagement.
  7. Exceptional communication skills and a service mindset that resonates with luxury clientele.
  8. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus); polished, presentable, and client-focused.
