Join Our Team as a Retail Manager!

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and managing top-notch retail operations? We are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager to establish and lead our retail operations and elevate our luxury retail offerings to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with members and guests.
• Ensure orders are received and merchandised in a timely manner according to on-order timelines and any special events or VIPs on property.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales to meet revenue goals.
• Monitor and manage inventory shrink for retail and swag merchandise.
• Monitor best sellers and core stock items regularly and request to fill in orders as needed
• Assist with department uniforms as needed
• Perform additional tasks as needed
