We are seeking a passionateskilled and customerfocused Retail Jewelry Salesman for our Jewelry store in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry and must be fluent in both English and Arabic to engage with our diverse customer base. This role demands exceptional communication skills a professional appearance and a solid understanding of jewelry products and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a memorable and positive shopping experience.
  
• Help customers select jewelry based on their individual preferences and needs.
  
• Provide detailed information regarding jewelry pieces including materials design and care instructions.
  
• Process transactions manage cash handling and accurately operate the payment systems.
  
• Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and industry innovations.
  
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked store.
  
• Upsell and crosssell jewelry pieces when appropriate.
  
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives.
  
• Actively participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock needs replenishment.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesman with a preference for candidates from the jewelry industry.
