Americana Restaurants is seeking an Architect/Designer to manage store design tasks across markets. You will lead architectural processes from concept through construction administration, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and strong brand identity.

The role requires 3-5 years post-graduation experience in Retail/Hospitality/F&B design, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders and adherence to brand guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) is required.
• Master of Architecture is a plus but not essential.
• 3-5 years post-graduation experience in Architect role, Retail/Hospitality/F&B design is essential.

Responsabilités

• Translate vision into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Generate innovative design solutions meeting project objectives.
• Understand customer flow to enhance guest experience.
• Prepare demarcation layouts for multiple F&B/retail brands.
• Conduct site surveys and measured drawings.
• Lead remodels, renovations, and retrofit scoping with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet briefs and organizational standards.
• Present design solutions professionally and address concerns.
• Produce high-quality drawings with accuracy and minimal errors.
• Adhere to budgets, timelines, and design specifications.
• Follow Americana brand guidelines and design standards.
• Coordinate design for MEP and local regulations.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and PMO.
