The OpportunityWe are looking for a Retail Design Executive to join our local market team on a contractual basis. This role requires a design background and hands-on experience to support in retail design permanent projects at the point of sale.
You will assist in permanent visibility projects — from technical drawings and material selection to installation and maintenance — for Puig brands in perfumeries and department stores, including Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Byredo, and more.

What you'll get to do- Execute permanent wholesale projects from design to installation.
- Maintain close relations with the brands and global retail teams, collaborating on projects. Review and challenge brand teams to deliver designs aligned with market and retailer needs.
- Prepare detailed project briefs for brand design teams, including all necessary information.
- Ensure appropriate relationships with suppliers & manufacturers. Monitor the quality of materials according to brand standards and ensure excellent implementation during production and installation.
- Develop merchandising guidelines for new stands.
- Report installations with professional pictures to the brand after completion.
- Keep track of counter maintenance to ensure optimal implementation over time and address any durability risks.
- Coordinate fixture roll-out and semi-personalization projects in perfumery chains.
- Coordinate Permanent VM updates across Retail & Wholesale doors.
- Forecast POSM materials for permanent spaces.
- Monitor costs of permanent and temporary installations within budget and ROI parameters.
We'd love to meet you if you have- Design & technical skills, including understanding of layout planning and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality execution of installations and maintenance of visual elements at the point of sale.
- Stakeholder collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial teams, and external vendors.
- An understanding of luxury and beauty brands, retail environments, and travel retail dynamics is an advantage.
- Problem-solving & adaptability skills to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot on-site, and adapt to changing project requirements.
