We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual merchandising and retail design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, materials, and industry standards. They should be able to work independently, manage multiple, simultaneous projects, and meet tight deadlines.
While experience is valuable, we are also open to considering talented individuals with less experience who demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role.
Main Responsibilities:
Permanent Merchandising:
Manage new furniture production / renovations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Oversee project logistics across the GCC: shipping, customs, mall permits and installations.
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
Liaise with retailers for fixture relocations when required
Maintain counter fixtures and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Maintain a comprehensive database of unit information.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met.
Cost Optimization and Budget Management:
Obtain quotations, raise POs, and track project budgets.
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
Assist in building and managing the VM budget.
