Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Business Systems Manager to advance Data Platform Engineering for omni-channel retail analytics. You will lead BI support across planning, buying and merchandising, and drive BRD-driven projects with SI partners.

The role requires deep ERP/retail IT experience, proficiency in AWS Redshift, Databricks, SAP, and modern AI-enabled BI capabilities. This is a 1-year contract in Dubai, with a focus on delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or related field.
• Oracle Retail Certification is preferred.
• 12–15 years IT experience with 5+ years in Retail ERP.
• Experience integrating multiple in-house and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for BI technologies focusing on planning, buying and merchandising.
• Support core retail applications (SAP) including master data, items, locations, pricing, costing, POs, and inventory management.
• Lead requirement analysis and BRD development for new projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with SI partners; review solutions and guide teams through project phases.
• Proficient in AWS Redshift, Databricks, SAP, and AI capabilities for BI.
