Job Description
- Manage the CEO's and VP - Retail Operations' calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritize and respond as needed.
- Assist the COO in overseeing retail operations, including inventory management, sales analysis, and store performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with retail managers and teams to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate and manage special projects, initiatives, and events related to the retail division.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally within the retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
