Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Banking Officer specializing in Credit Cards to join our team in the UAE. This role involves promoting and selling credit card products, evaluating customer eligibility, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, product knowledge, and a keen understanding of banking compliance and customer needs.

Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell a variety of credit card products to individual customers
2. Evaluate customer eligibility based on internal policies and regulatory guidelines
3. Guide customers through the application and onboarding process
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
5. Conduct field visits and participate in promotional campaigns as needed
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
8. Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth processing
9. Stay updated on credit card features, benefits, and promotional offers
10. Adhere strictly to bank policies, regulatory standards, and compliance protocols

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail banking or credit card sales
3. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, especially credit cards
5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
