Job Overview:
We are hiring ambitious and goal-driven professionals for the role of Credit Card Sales Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work in Dubai with top-performing DSAs representing the most prestigious banks in the UAE. The role is focused on field sales and direct marketing of banking and financial products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other retail banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit cards and other retail banking products (e.g., personal loans, accounts) offered by the partner banks.
Approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and in-person meetings at various locations including corporate offices, residential areas, and retail outlets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the DSA and the associated bank(s).
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
Attend product and compliance training sessions provided by the DSA or bank.
Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process to build long-term relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Experience: 1+ years in sales of banking or financial products (credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.).
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Preferred Industry Background: BFSI, NBFCs, Fintech, Insurance Sales, or other field sales roles.
Sales Orientation: Must be passionate about field sales and marketing.
Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Tamil/Malayalam is a plus.
Nationality: Open to Indian and other South Asian nationals who meet the experience criteria.
