Qualifications

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Source and secure high-quality used vehicles from trusted fleet partners, rental companies, auctions, and wholesale distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to keep our inventory engine running smoothly.
• Monitor market trends and inventory needs to shift gears and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Oversee or coordinate thorough vehicle inspections to meet our quality and reconditioning benchmarks.
• Negotiate deals that are both strategic and profitable — from pricing to purchase terms.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, and supplier agreements.
• Track the performance of procured inventory and fine-tune your approach when needed.
• Attend industry auctions, networking events, and trade shows to expand your sourcing highway.

What’s Under the Hood:

• 3+ years of experience in used vehicle procurement, ideally from fleet or wholesale sources.
• Strong understanding of vehicle types, pricing trends, and condition grading.
• A solid network of fleet managers, auction houses, or distributors is a huge plus.
• Confident negotiator with great communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory tools, and auction platforms.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and open to occasional travel.
