Review returned, rejected, or incomplete cases and identify the reason for rejection.
Check documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
Coordinate with the concerned team to obtain the required information or documents.
Make necessary corrections before resubmission.
Process and resubmit cases through the appropriate system.
Follow up on pending and previously submitted cases.
Monitor the progress and status of resubmitted cases.
Maintain accurate records and update the system regularly.
Ensure all required supporting documents are properly arranged and attached.
Communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues and avoid delays.
Escalate complicated or unresolved cases to the supervisor when necessary.
Prepare daily or periodic reports on pending, rejected, and resubmitted cases.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within assigned deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the concerned team.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related fields may be preferred.
