Job Summary:
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by takingorders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experiencefor guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greetand seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Takeaccurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Servefood and drinks promptly and correctly
- Checkon guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handlecustomer inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously
- Keeptables clean and organized before, during, and after service
- Processpayments accurately and provide receipts
- Maintainknowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Followhealth and safety regulations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previousexperience in a similar role is a plus
