Restaurant Supervisor Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Train and develop restaurant staff Manage staff schedules and workflows Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards Oversee food preparation presentation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations Monitor inventory and maintain adequate stock levels of food supplies and other essentials Ensure health code compliance and sanitation standards are met Forecast future needs for goods kitchen supplies and cleaning products Monitor cash flow and settle outstanding bills Analyze customer surveys to improve customer service Resolve customer complaints professionally Cultivate a teamoriented environment promoting trust open communication creative thinking and cohesion Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Decisionmaking ability Capacity to adapt to new work environments Hardworking teamoriented individual Selfmotivated with the ability to motivate others Leadership and multitasking skills Effective time management
