Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to achieving target sales and reaching the budget.
  2. Initiate measures to control or minimize costs.
  3. Achieve the highest level of customer service.
  4. Assist customers with queries and complaints.
  5. Supervise the application of the Sequence of Service.
  6. Oversee the service flow during operations.
  7. Supervise staff to ensure the best service practices.
  8. Emphasize to staff the importance of reducing restaurant costs.
  9. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs using the Micros Point of Sales system.
  10. Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
  11. Manage staff productivity, reward schemes, and programs.

Key Criteria

  • Graduate in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end casual dining F&B operations.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
