Daily Operations

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Ensure that service meets quality standards.
  3. Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation.

Staff Management

  1. Supervise and support staff during shifts.
  2. Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
  4. Address staff issues or conflicts promptly.

Customer Service

  1. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
  2. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  3. Promote a welcoming and friendly environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in UAE.
  • Flexibility, time management, and confidence in leading a team and making decisions.
  • Ability to handle challenges quickly and calmly.
  • Practical problem-solving skills for customer and staff issues.
  • Clear communication with staff, management, and customers.
  • Good listening skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
  • Focus on cleanliness, presentation, and service quality.
  • Proactive in noticing and fixing small issues before they escalate.
