The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and efficient staff coordination. The role involves supervising restaurant staff, ensuring quality control, maintaining health and safety standards, and supporting the management team in achieving revenue and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Assist in training, developing, and evaluating team members.
  • Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling and staff management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Foster a positive team environment and ensure high staff morale.
