Role Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the specialty dining area, ensuring that both service standards and guest expectations are consistently exceeded. This role involves managing and guiding the team of Waiters/Waitresses, Runners maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, and ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests. The Restaurant Supervisor ensures the highest standards of service while also driving operational efficiency and the team e2 80 99s development.
