Are you comfortable talking and engaging with guests over the telephone? Are you passionate about restaurants and the hospitality industry, giving a unique guest experience? Are you able to multi-task without compromising quality? If you possess these skills, we have the perfect job for you at One & Only One Za'abeel. As an Agent, Restaurant Reservations, you will be responsible for taking reservations for all restaurants in One & Only One Za'abeel in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. You should be a continuous source of information to help and assist all guests in their needs, as well as replying to all incoming correspondence promptly. You will also assist in preparing reports and supporting the team, respond to incoming calls from customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding One & Only One Za'abeel products or services.
It is essential that you have previous experience in either a call center or in a front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations, or a similar environment. Impeccable personal presentation, patience when dealing with guests, maintaining a positive attitude at all times, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service are required. Computer literacy and familiarity with Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guests' demographics, we prefer candidates fluent in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French.
