Job Overview :

Radiant Hospitality Company is seeking a warm and professional Restaurant Receptionist to join a dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Manage reservations efficiently and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and assisting with inquiries.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and seamless guest service.
• Assist in managing the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process guest check-in / check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or guest service role in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
