Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational efficiencies. You will oversee daily activities, manage a large team, and collaborate with senior leadership to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and support staff, ensuring high levels of performance, morale, and motivation.
  3. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and drive business growth.
  4. Control and manage all restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and food cost management, while adhering to company budget guidelines.
  5. Monitor and enforce safety, cleanliness, and health standards to meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  6. Train and develop staff to maintain a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service.
  7. Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and customer loyalty.
  8. Manage customer feedback, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  9. Collaborate with senior management to set financial targets, monitor performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Ensure the restaurant complies with all legal, safety, and health regulations.
  11. Optimize the efficiency of restaurant operations by analyzing and improving workflows, kitchen operations, and front-of-house processes.
  12. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff to align with company culture and operational standards.
  13. Prepare and review operational reports, and provide insights for process improvement and business development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in restaurant management or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  2. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, inventory control, and financial reporting.
  3. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and service.
  7. In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  8. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  9. Exceptional customer service orientation.
  10. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  11. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
