Job Description
  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring dining activities and addressing guest feedback promptly.
  4. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  5. Collaborate with culinary staff to create and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  6. Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards through regular inspections and evaluations.
  7. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including special events and promotions.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel standards, and policies.
  9. Work with hotel management to align restaurant operations with overall hotel goals.
  10. Stay informed on culinary trends and customer preferences; propose new menu items and seasonal offerings.
  11. Monitor KPIs related to sales, guest satisfaction, and staff performance; make necessary adjustments.
  12. Plan and manage special events, private dining, and catering services, ensuring flawless execution.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining setting.
