We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a proven track record of successfully managing restaurants and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant including overseeing staff, financial management, menu development, maintaining customer service standards and working with vendors. They should act as a mentor to all staff members, ensuring that each employee is performing their duties in accordance with the company guidelines.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be able to demonstrate leadership skills as well as strong problem solving abilities.

An understanding of financial reporting and cost control measures is necessary to ensure optimal profitability.

The ability to communicate effectively in English (additional language fluency a plus) is essential for this role.
