As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of daily operations—leading service on the floor, supporting back-of-house excellence, and ensuring a smooth, guest-focused experience. You will be responsible for driving both team and business performance, upholding brand standards, and implementing structured systems for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service on the floor.
  • Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and ongoing performance development.
  • Manage staff schedules, operational routines, and ensure smooth shift execution.
  • Monitor and report on sales, voids, complementary tables, and average check data.
  • Review weekly reports including maintenance issues, supply chain feedback, and P&L insights.
  • Support inventory control, cost management, and overall restaurant profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Training, Supply Chain) to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, premium-casual environment.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant reporting systems and operational controls.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong communication in English.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
