Job summary

Une entreprise de restauration de premier plan aux Émirats recherche un Restaurant Manager pour son concept alimentaire sain. Vous serez en charge de la gestion des opérations du restaurant, ainsi que du développement de l'équipe pour assurer un service de haute qualité. Une expérience préalable de 2-3 ans dans la gestion de restaurant est un atout.

Qualifications

Job description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere, Public and SOIL.

We are currently seeking an Restaurant Manager for our healthy food concept in Abu Dabhi.

The key requirements will include the following:

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the successful operation of the restaurant by leading and developing the team, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughout
  • Working closely with the FOH and BOH team members to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periods
  • Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
  • Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaises with the chef about menu changes and menu presentations
  • Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service
  • Controls food and beverage inventory and maintains the stock
  • Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry / Event focused OR in Restaurant and Events combined with a Healthy Concept Experience
  • A proven track record of organizing successful events
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred

To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management preferably in the UAE.
