Restaurant Manager - Franchised QSR Concept

I'm currently supporting a rapidly expanding group here in Dubai, who are actively looking to onboard an experienced Restaurant Manager into one of their newest F&B outlets.

They are based in the heart of Dubai, and have recently brought a well-known franchise concept from America, which has over 70+ outlets in the US. This is a fried chicken concept with a unique twist on the traditional Nashville-style product. The venue is impressive, and the product is excellent.

Currently, there is a team of 7, with plans to expand to 9 soon. They need an experienced Restaurant Manager who is full of character and personality, capable of implementing procedures, processes, and structures to further grow the venue. A passion for learning and development is also highly desirable.

There is potential for this role to evolve into a multi-site or area management position, as management is already considering a second store in Dubai, with long-term plans to expand across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and KSA.

They require someone to start as soon as possible, so only candidates already based in the UAE will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge in managing FOH and commercial operations within QSR or casual dining concepts.
