• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the current restaurant operations & business.
• Sustain existing business and explore new business opportunities.
• Menu planning, budget management, control wastage, inventory, etc.
• Ability to run the business at low cost and high profit.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
• Maintain a customer database for future business growth as well as social media promotions.
