We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our AllDay Dining and InRoom Dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the AllDay Dining and InRoom Dining services.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant and room service teams.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.
Qualifications:
