  • Manage daily operations of the AllDay Dining and InRoom Dining services.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality service and hygiene.
  • Lead train and motivate the restaurant and room service teams.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor budgets control costs and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries feedback and service recovery professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or finedining environment.
