Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maintain profitability.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Monitor and maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and overall appearance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
