Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our bistro in Sharjah, UAE. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring all staff perform to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to create a high-performing team.
4. Monitor and control inventory and supplies, collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
5. Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to achieve financial goals.
6. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
8. Plan and organize special events and promotions to boost revenue and attract new clientele.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bistro setting.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on building relationships with guests.
4. Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
7. Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
