We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving the restaurant's profitability and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Control operational costs and identify ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Implement marketing initiatives to boost sales and attract new customers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and inventory data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools).
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
