• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
• Control operational costs and identify ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Implement marketing initiatives to boost sales and attract new customers.
