We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our bistro in Sharjah, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant dining establishment, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring all staff perform to the highest standards of service and professionalism. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to create a high-performing team. - Monitor and control inventory and supplies, collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure product quality and cost efficiency. - Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to achieve financial goals. - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees. - Plan and organize special events and promotions to boost revenue and attract new clientele.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bistro setting. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. - Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on building relationships with guests. - Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure. - Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
